Axel Vervoordt Gallery is proud to announce Lucia Bru’s debut solo presentation in New York.
Even when the result of Lucia Bru’s research is a drawing, she is guided by sculptural concerns. Lucia Bru’s sculptural installations always present a delicate dialogue between the vulnerability of the naked object and the surrounding space in which it tries to find its place.
Lucia Bru uses clay, glass, porcelain, paper, and concrete to create works that discretely impose tension and mutability on a space.
The Amory Show takes places at Piers 90, 92, & 94,
New York City.
