In 2024, Artefact focuses on a question: How can you be awake amidst the turmoil in the world and still hold your own?
In this year’s edition, At the still point of the turning world, artists search for comfort, strength and meaning. In the cosmic and oceanic, in family ties and kinships across generations, in the relationship between forms and materials, and in poetry. Come along and let yourself float together with the artists, into the eye of our stormy world.
Artefact is more than an exhibition. An extensive festival program allows you to take a deep dive into the theme through concerts, performances, films, workshops (junior and sound) and lectures.
